If you already know what your company or department needs, all you need to do now is take action and call WCI at (570) 988-2228 to discuss your needs and schedule your training event.  If, like many of our clients, you're not sure what your specific needs are, selecting a program is, as the proverbial saying goes... "putting the cart before the horse."

A thorough needs analysis should be done to discover things like:

  • Your primary threats - where danger will come from?
  • Facility layout and sensitive areas - what areas/staff are likely to be targeted?
  • Staff routines and accessability - who's a potential target and when are they vulnerable?
